The Progression Options Programme (POP) is a integrated programme that allows companies deliver a comprehensive ‘next step’ package to employees facing redundancy.
The objective of this programme is to instill a sense of progression and opportunity for career mapping in people being made redundant, thereby reducing (somewhat) the negativity of their situation.
