Professional people are faced with challenges of different magnitude on almost a daily basis, yet many do not have a mechanism by which to solve the presenting problem. Solving problems effectively is an essential skill in the running of a successful organisation.
In this workshop participants will learn a systematic process for attacking and solving problems. They will learn how to benefit from a range of simple but effective models that will help them to solve problems effectively.
